Return and refund policy

 

1. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The seller's return policy, whose products are sold on our website (hereinafter, the "Seller"), lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically took possession of the goods or of the last good, if it is a contract relating to several goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item in your order must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request within the indicated period will not be accepted.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform MINOPIA of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email) at the following address contact@minopia.com.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your exchanged item.

You must include a CN22 or CN23 customs declaration form and mark the package as « returned goods ».

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

3. RETURN POLICY

To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires, which ends from the moment the item is handed over to the carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

You must check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or different from the one you ordered.

This will allow us to assess the problem and make our best efforts to resolve it as quickly as possible.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

By exception to point 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.

The following cannot be returned and therefore cannot be refunded:
• perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
• personalized products (such as special orders or custom-made items);
personal care items (such as beauty products).
• hazardous materials and products, liquids, gases, or flammable products.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to obtain an item different from the one that was ordered, we recommend that you place a new order and return the unsuitable item.


4. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us by email, you will receive a return address to which you can return your products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Returned products must be sent to the return address that will be communicated to you after validation of your return request. This address is located in France. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law or by a specific agreement from the Seller.

5. REFUND

If you request a refund in accordance with the terms of this policy, we will send you all payments we have received from you (except for any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the free standard delivery offered on our site), immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we received your request.

Refunds (if applicable)
We undertake to inform you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know whether your refund request for this return has been approved by the Seller or not. If the Seller approves your refund request, you will be automatically refunded the price paid for the returned item(s) to the same account linked to your original payment method, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method; in any event, you will incur no fees as a result of the refund. Please note that refund processing by banking institutions and various payment providers is subject to timeframes specific to them and that we are unable to control them.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
The policy remains the same for sale items.

Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges are free and valid for all items, including damaged items or if you have size issues. Only return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you. 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the recipient chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you returned the item.
